Here are some new pics from a few events over the past few weeks. Taylor and Madelyn participated in Tacky Day during Homecoming Week at CA, Taylor had a slumber party for her 12th birthday, Tanner and Madelyn dressed up for the Halloween Carnival at CA, and Taylor took some great candids one Saturday while she was baby-sitting.

Taylor and Maverick's birthday extravaganza!

Here are some new pics from last Friday night. We had a joint birthday dinner for Taylor (who turns 12 on Oct. 23), and Maverick, who was 3 years old on Oct. 8. We celebrated with Mr. Bill and Mrs. Johnnie, Kim and Greg's family, including their newest daughter Cate, who just came home to them from her birthplace in China a week ago, Janell and Jeff and their 4, and Steve and Mary Pittman. As usual Steve was the roving photographer and captured some great moments from the party! We had a great time---I cannot believe this is Taylor's last birthday before she is an official teenager! Time is flying by!

I am setting up this blog to stay in touch with all our long distance family and friends---so many of my friends have blogs and I thought it would be such a neat way to keep up with family and friends in other places! Some of these pictures are of a couple trips to the zoo Tanner has taken with his dear friend Mr. Steve Pittman. Mr. Steve is one of Mark's pilot buddies and an angel in Tanner's life. They have many fun adventures together and Steve is an amazing photographer so we usually end up with a wonderful photo journal of their escapades! The other pictures are of Taylor and Madelyn at "Little Cheerleader Night" at Calhoun Academy. They both did great and had a wonderful time cheering with their friends.
